The majority of our luxurious items are hand cut and custom made to order, however, we do hold some items in stock. If the item you have ordered is in stock it will be sent for delivery.  

We offer Worldwide Delivery.

European delivery please allow 18 working days.

For worldwide delivery please allow 18 working days.

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country in 135+ currencies.

International customs

We endeavour to do our best to ensure that your order clears customs, but in the event that your parcel is held up, we recommend you contact customs directly in your country to follow up any delays. We are not responsible for any costs incurred; these are the responsibility of the receiver.

We thoroughly hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Harris Rae however if for any reason you are not happy with any of your items you may return them to us for an exchange or refund.

If an item is not suitable please notify us within 14 working days and we will happily refund or exchange any item you wish. All goods will be inspected upon return and must be in their original condition. All we ask is for the item to have its original labels and tags intact. Please note that items returned worn, stained with perfume, make-up or deodorant, washed, or handled inappropriately, will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.

Returns for Europe / Rest of the World

Please note, shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) from Europe / Rest of the World are not covered or reimbursed by us. You may return your item(s) from outside the UK within 21 days

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Harris Rae.
